Account Deletion

At "Learn With Jimbo", we respect your privacy and your rights to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and the associated data from our system, please follow the steps outlined below.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Make sure you are sending the request from the email account that is associated with your "Learn With Jimbo" account.
  2. Compose an email to our support team at support@rojarasheed.com.
  3. In your email, clearly state that you wish to delete your "Learn With Jimbo" account.
  4. Once we receive your request, we will confirm the deletion process via email. Please note, the deletion process may take up to 48 hours to complete.

Data Deletion and Retention

After your deletion request is processed and confirmed, all data associated with your account, including any saved progress, will be permanently deleted from our servers. Please note that any data that we are required to keep for legal, security, or other legitimate business purposes will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please note that deleting your "Learn With Jimbo" account will also result in the loss of any non-consumable in-app purchases you have made. These purchases, such as additional content, are tied to your account and will not be available if you decide to create a new account in the future.

These purchases are non-refundable upon account deletion. If you believe you have a special case or need further assistance, please contact our support team at support@rojarasheed.com before proceeding with the account deletion.
